Welcome to Totalum, Inc. The following Terms of Service constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "Customer") and Totalum, Inc., and govern your access to and use of our Totalum software (the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our Service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, transmit malicious content, interfere with other Users' use, or sell or sublicense the Service without express consent. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
The User is fully responsible for any customization, including functionality, security, and legality of added code. Totalum, Inc. will not review or supervise these customizations. The User agrees to indemnify Totalum, Inc. against any resulting loss.
Totalum, Inc. has no control over third parties and will not be responsible for their availability, functionality, or security. If you use the API, you must do so in accordance with the documentation provided.

Payment details will be described in your subscription agreement. The User must provide a valid form of payment.
Totalum, Inc. will provide support according to your subscription plan. We may perform maintenance that affects availability.
The Service and all of its content are the property of Totalum, Inc. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license.
Totalum, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of breach. Upon termination, you must cease all use.
Totalum, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the three (3) months prior to the event.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (United States), without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in the State of Delaware.
Totalum, Inc. may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". There is no availability commitment except under a signed SLA. AI features may produce inaccurate results. The User is responsible for reviewing, auditing, and validating any Output before use.
